Well wish I read the reviews before ordering from them....ordered the no 4 and no 5 Olaplex on the 29th January and still waiting!! Def won't be ordering from them again!

I have purchased Olaplex Traveling stylist Kit from Beautydotcom and started waiting for delivery details, like what service and what's the tracking number, however never received one, after a few days later I emailed the company and they said, it was dispatched the previous day, upon which I once again asked a tracking number, which they couldn't provide, next day they said they found out it was sent to the wrong client, and that; this person would send it to me directly the following day, I said okay and kept waiting, having not heard a word once again after 5 days of waiting I had to email again, on which they said actually the client refused to post it until an indefinite time because of isolation.... We all understand the difficulties of the current situation but I don't think not informing the customer at all for what's happening and making them email 10 times to find out is very unprofessional. Anyways, I asked for a refund upon all and they sent me a confirmation email saying the status of my order is changed to refunded, which I assumed they have initiated the transaction by then, next day when I called my bank to check they said they couldn't see a pending transaction, (once a bank order is given for a transaction, even if it takes up to 72 hours to show in the account the bank would still see the pending operations) Anyways, again I had to email them asking if this is a scam, and that I would report this if I dont see the refund in 24 hours, they assured me it wasn't and I could see my refund in my account next day.
We appreciate all who keep the economy going and working for our not so essential needs, but I think if a job will be done then better do it without causing unnecessary frustrations as such. Mistakes can be done but just maybe let people know what's happening after you find out...
